We are a subsidiary of one of Europe’s best-regarded intellectual property specialists looking for a reliable bilingual trainee to join our team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in software and physics, bioengineering or similar (essential Bachelor and Master in Science or Phd) to join the Madrid office. Prior experience in patents is essential. The trainee will join the IT team and will assist in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications relating to computer implemented inventions (CIIs), with emphasis on CIIs in the medical field, artificial intelligence and cryptography. The role may also involve work in electrical engineering. Excellent command of English and Spanish required.
The ideal candidate must be able to manage strict deadlines, be meticulous with attention to detail and be able to effectively prioritise a full workload.
In addition, it will be complemented with the ability to build relationships, as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
